Biography
After graduating with a degree in forestry, Endita worked as a freelancer on several forestry and environmental projects, eventually landing a position as a surveyor in the industrial and trade sectors at a state-owned enterprise. She is currently an independent consultant and a stay-at-home mom who actively volunteers in a community focused on literacy and family education. She also enjoys audio editing for podcast production.

Started as event and discussion volunteer of Climate Literacy for Mother Program, Endita is currently contributing to BBB for "Keluarga Panik Jalan-Jalan", a children book which part of Climate Litercy for Mother Program as Book Distribution and Read Aloud Activation Coordinator. Endita is now the People and Knowledge Head of BBB, responsible for community and volunteer management, community member outreach and engagement, developing volunteer learning experiences, and managing organizational well-being.
Endita volunteered at the International Association for the Study of Forced Migration 2025 (IASFM20) as a podcast producer.
Since 2018, Endita joins Rangkul (Relawan Penggerak Pendidikan Keluarga/volunteer for the family education movement), under Yayasan Keluarga Kita Berdaya, an NGO specializing in family education and parenting. She facilitates the Rangkul story-sharing sessions where parents can learn from each other, as Keluarga Kita believes that family is the first and foremost educator, and parenting is a shared responsibility.
Creative life
Endita enjoys reading, she regularly participating in group reading activities and book discussions. Podcasting is a hidden gem that she has only recently pursued. It all started with a trial run, but it turns out that Endita enjoys the podcast production process, especially audio editing. Currently, Endita is also learning to start gardening at home.
