Just Transition Indonesia (JTI) is dedicated to advancing a deep, systemic understanding of the world’s transitions across all facets of life. We understand that navigating such complexity requires a workforce as diverse and dynamic as the challenges we face. Hence, we move beyond traditional contractor models to cultivate a multi-layered talent ecosystem. 

Our talent ecosystem is a collaborative network of Consultant, Associate, Staff, and Local Leader, each playing a vital role in driving holistic and locally grounded change. This structure allows us to combine high-level, deliverable-oriented expertise with a developmental community, a core operational team, and vital grassroots connections. Each role is distinct yet interdependent, working together to mainstream principles of distributive, procedural, and restorative justice throughout the energy transition process in Indonesia.
